Trama: "Il Punto Rosso" è un progetto cinematografico indipendente, di ampio respiro, interamente realizzato attraverso tecnologie digitali e mediante un innovativo modello di co-produzione, grazie al quale è possibile realizzare un film di qualità al di fuori dei circuiti produttivi ufficiali. La città di Roma fa da palcoscenico alla storia che si sviluppa nella forma di una "fiaba sociale" e muove corde intricate ed attualissime che porteranno il protagonista, Ricky, ad abbandonare il mestiere e le vesti del cabarettista per affrontare con coraggio e passione la sua sfida più grande: entrare in politica per dare voce e corpo ad un'improvvisa e veemente spinta popolare verso il cambiamento.
