Trama: Quattro stagioni, quattro solitudini. Un bambino dell'interno scopre per la prima volta il mare, fra estasi panica e riti virili. Un pastore lascia il suo gregge per scendere al mare con i suoi formaggi, e grazie a un ristoratore della costa incontra per la prima volta l'amore nella persona di una bella aviatrice francese. Una monaca ritorna nell'isola per una festa di nozze, sconvolgendo i compaesani per la bellezza e la vitalità che prorompono dalla tonaca. Un vecchio solitario, anche lui invitato alla festa, celebra senza saperlo la sua ultima giornata con una prostituta che gli canta teneramente Cielito lindo.
Sinopsys: Four seasons, four types of solitude. A child from an inland region discovers the sea, with reactions that range from ecstasy to panic, as well as virile rites. A shepherd leaves his flock to take his cheese to the coast, where he encounters love for the very first time, thanks to a restaurant owner who introduces him to a pretty French female pilot. A nun returns to the island for a wedding, throwing her fellow townspeople into turmoil with the beauty and vigour bursting out from beneath her habit. A solitary old man who has been invited to the same wedding unwittingly celebrates his last day on earth in the company of a prostitute who tenderly sings to him "Cielito Lindo".
