Sinopsys: Davide is about to divorce from Giulia, the most important love of his life. The night before the court hearing, Davide has a nightmare in which he lives through his divorce as though it were a "Perry Mason" trial. The proceedings take the form of a grotesque and surreal ritual, in which what Davide and Giulia have always considered their "great love" is analysed and put on display for all to see. The most amusing moments in the film are offered by the statements given by those who know Davide and Giulia, the flashback, the lawyers pleadings and the reciprocal accusations and reproaches by the parties. Davide and Giulia's "great love" reveals itself to be a series of attempts to be together, coloured by the immaturity and neuroses of both. An impossible and frustrating feat that could only end badly. Indeed, this is the picture given from Davide's nightmare, but what about in reality? Will Davide and Giulia's intense and tormented love affair end in divorce? Or have a sequel? Maybe, that remains to be seen.
