Trama: Estate 2001.
Sinopsys: It's the summer of 2001 and about twenty young Argentinian and Uruguayan footballers go to Italy. They are taken on by the third division team of Fiorenzuola without having to deal with immigration problems because they are Italian descendents. Mario Kempes, the Argentine champion becomes their coach. He was the scorer of the two goals in 1978 which took his team to World Cup victory. People also remember him for refusing to shake the hand of the colonels who were at the game. It's a big opporunity for the twenty young men who have left their families and jobs so they can make money playing football in Italy. The film follows the ups and downs of the players and features testimonies by those responsible for the project, technical staff and Kempes himself. However, it more importantly shows the players' day-to-day lives and the more disturbing side of the world of football.
