Sinopsys: Ten years ago, while Ruanda sank into the madness of civil war, a man who had vowed to protect the family that he loved managed to save the lives of another 1,200 people. Hotel Rwanda tells the history of a genuine hero, Paul Rusesabagina, a hotel manager who discovered the unsuspected reserves of courage and astuteness which enabled him to give shelter and safety to a desperate tide of humanity who were fleeing from what looked like certain death. While the rest of the world closed its eyes to this terrible tragedy, Paul opened his heart to his fellow men and his extraordinary example shows us how a single good man's actions can sometimes make the difference between life and death for hundreds of others.
