Trama: Così fan tutti è la storia di Lolita Cassard, una ragazza di vent'anni arrabbiata con il mondo perché non assomiglia alle ragazze delle riviste e nemmeno alla sua matrigna e che vorrebbe essere bella a tutti i costi, almeno agli occhi di suo padre. Vorrebbe, almeno, che suo padre si accorgesse di lei. Ma è anche la storia di un uomo, Etienne Cassard, che non presta molta attenzione alle persone perché è troppo preso da se stesso, si accorge che sta invecchiando, sa cosa significhi non essere amato e ha dovuto lottare per affermarsi. E' la storia di uno scrittore disilluso, Pierre Miller, che è convinto che non avrà mai successo, finché il successo invece arriva e Pierre incontra Etienne Cassard. E' la storia di un'insegnante di canto, Sylvia Miller, che crede in suo marito e nel suo talento ma invece ha dei dubbi sul proprio talento e quello della sua allieva Lolita, finché scopre che è la figlia di Etienne Cassard, lo scrittore che ammira tanto.
Sinopsys: Così fan tutti is the story of Lolita Cassard, a twenty year-old girl who is angry with the whole world because she does not look like the young women in the magazines, or even like her stepmother. She would give anything to be beautiful, at least in her father's eyes. All she wants is a little attention from her father. But this is also the story of a man, Etienne Cassard, who pays little attention to the people around because he is so preoccupied with himself. He becomes aware of the fact that he is getting older. He knows what it means not to be loved. He has had to struggle to make his way in the world. It is the story of a bitter, world-weary writer, Pierre Miller, who is convinced he will never be a success, until finally success arrives, and Pierre meets Etienne Cassard. It is the story of a voice teacher, Sylvia Miller, who believes in her husband Pierre and his talent but has doubts about her own talent and that of her student Lolita, until she finds out that the girl is the daughter of Etienne Cassard, the writer whom she so admires.
