Sinopsys: State Prosecutor Enrico Paci and shady businessman Fabio De Tassis, both of whom have become fathers of baby boys, meet each other by chance in a Roman clinic. A sudden power outage causes the nurse taking the newborns to the nursery to mix them up. Sixteen years later, the two fathers, both of whom have their hands full with their "presumed sons", run into each other again in the India of the Maharajas. Here State Prosecutor Paci uncovers the illicit doings of De Tassis, who is forced to resort to continuous ruses and tragic-comical escapades to stay ahead of his diehard pursuer. At the same time, Bruno and Max, a pair of bumbling circus acrobats, are hot on the trail of a precious ruby that has accidentally found its way into the rucksack of Prosecutor Paci, who, together with the other father, has begun to wonder if he has the right son, with all this taking place against the exotic backdrop of an India that is both ancient and up-to-date, complete with tiger hunts and games of polo played on elephants. |
